Q?How long does it take to receive my order?
A.

The turn around time really depends on how big your order is. The time it takes to complete your order may vary depending on time of year and other factors such intricacy of the design. If you are in need of a rush order, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q?Are your products limited to cards and banners?
A.

No – Periwinkle’s products reach as far as your imagination and further. We will gladly explore any type of stationary art you desire. From decor to custom goody bags and boxes, we are excited to try new things and help you reach your vision. That being said, we do prefer staying within the realm of paper products. If you do need other special touches such as flowers or cakes… we have a solid list of vendors on our ‘Links’ page who we trust to assist you.

Q?How long does a consultation take? Does it cost money?
A.

A consultation can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Periwinkle does not charge for consultations. However if you do require a second consultation we would charge a flat rate for that second meeting. In most circumstances only one meeting is necessary. Communication via email or phone is often more convenient than trying to coordinate schedules.

Q?Do you offer your services outside of British Columbia? Outside of Canada?
A.

Yes! Thanks to wonderful technologies such as Skype, we are able to meet with our distant clients remotely. The consultation and ordering process is the same. The only things to consider are postal rates and delivery times. You can have confidence that Periwinkle will uphold the best work ethic and customer service, despite the miles between us.
